# 1 ePublication from the Society of Technology and Teacher Education’s annual conference
About RHTTE
RHTTE is designed to showcase the highest quality research presented at the Society of Information Technology and Teacher Education’s annual conference. The publication serves as a hub for disseminating research that spans across SITE’s special-interest groups (SIG).
To be selected for publication, the editors request the co-chairs nominate the top full and brief research papers submitted for their SIG to review. The editors of RHTTE review each of the nominations and then send the researchers invitations to further develop their proposals into full articles. The editors provide researchers with support through this process.
RHTTE is the official ePublication of the Society of Information Technology and Teacher Education. All issues of RHTTE are open-access publications housed in the Association for Advancement of Computing Education’sLearnTechLib database.
Review Process
To select proposals to be considered for publication, RHTTE uses the following process.
RHTTE’s co-editors will request that the co-chairs from each of SITE’s special-interest groups nominate three proposals for considerations. The co-editors will score each proposal based on the rubric, and the highest rated proposals are invited to be published in RHTEE by the editors. If the authors decline the invitation, the next highest rated proposal will be invited.
Once an invitation has been extended and accepted, the authors will be asked to reformat their proposal using this template and send it to the editors for review.
At that point, the proposal will be either accepted or revisions will be assigned. After the first round of revisions, the authors will resubmit their draft to the editors for review. Again, the proposal will be either accepted or further revisions will be assigned. Following this round of revisions, the proposal will be either accepted or denied. Please note that due to capacity, authors will be limited to two rounds of revisions. If the proposal is not of publication quality at this point, it will be rejected.
In addition, if the authors do not meet deadlines, the editors have the right to reject the proposal from consideration for publication.
