Program Committee Responsibilities:

Display the conference poster in a prominent location. Another good suggestion is to add the SITE Conference name and URL (site.aace.org/conf) to your e-mail signature block.
    • Example: “SITE 20xx–Plan to Attend in 20xx! site.aace.org/conf“
  • General Guidelines for Reviewing
  • If attending the conference: Presider/Session Chair Guidelines
  • Advising: Serving as “quality control” by making recommendations for improvements to the program. This includes suggesting useful expansions of the program and ensuring that the conference reflects the state-of-the-art in the profession and includes a balanced representation of groups and interests.

Acceptance rate: The acceptance rate for SITE conferences is 25-39%.
