Educators support informal, social, and active learning environments such as classrooms, libraries, and labs where a wide variety of learning activities occur. New construction and renovation afford opportunities for designing the learning spaces that incorporate technology, apply learning theory, and enhance user experience. This SIG seeks to facilitate the research on and strategies for human centered, engaging, flexible, innovative, and responsive learning space design.
